AUSTRALIAN CATHOLIC YOUTH FESTIVAL 2025
PORT PIRIE DIOCESE PARTICIPATED
Bishop Karol and 15 participants from our Diocese joined 6,000 young Catholic Australians at the Youth Festival in Melbourne from 30 November to 2 December 2025.
This once-in-a-lifetime event will stay with the participants forever. We thank everyone who helped make this possible.
This is the sharing of one of the young people who participated from our Diocese.
ACYF 2025 was truly spiritual and incredibly calming. The worship sessions were especially powerful, helping me open up about my thoughts and feelings toward the world and the people around me. I feel genuinely invigorated, and the entire experience was wonderful! It was also lovely meeting so many new people and having a great time with them. I may never know when to meet them again, but by the grace of God, it might happen! I am looking forward to participating in many more events like this, proudly representing the Port Pirie Diocese.
